International Orders

• International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispatched.
• We do not accept returns due to:
  • Size preferences
  • Color expectations
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference issues

Domestic Orders (India)

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product received has a manufacturing defect.
• The rug received is damaged from the company side.

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

• Wrong size selected by customer
• Color expectation differences
• Improper handling by customer
• Damage caused after delivery

Return Request Timeline

• Customers must report defects within 48 hours of delivery.
• Clear images/videos of the issue must be shared for verification.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed after product inspection.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on payment method and bank processing.
